Completion of the construction works of the new sports pavilion and the sports courts at Cova Solera in Rubí. The first is an indoor building, while the second consists of outdoor courts.
The Cova Solera building is a sports facility intended for artistic gymnastics. It is a simple construction with a metal structure and lightweight enclosures, designed to house all the equipment required for this sport, including pits for jumps.
The building has two floors with a total surface area of 1,086 m². The ground floor accommodates the gym floor, changing rooms, and storage–office. On the first floor are the technical installations and the spectators’ stand. It has been designed with low energy consumption criteria, featuring aerothermal energy and low-consumption climate control systems.
The Integral AC team carried out the Modified Project and the Site Management (Architect, Technical Architect, and Health and Safety Coordinator).
This is a public project promoted by the Rubí City Council – Proursa. The works were executed by the company Ingeniería Constructora Manresana, SL (Icman) within a tight schedule of 9 months.
